Wanted to shed some light in contrast to all the poor reviews. Maybe they are getting better, as I had a very good experience. PC replaced the main flex circuit and CPU on my zv1 when the screen wasn't working. Works great. Hopefully their work continues to improve!

I recently sent out my Sony 16-50mm lens to be repaired and came back working good as new. There was a bit of mix up of information on Sony's part and with some of the bad reviews I was getting nervous myself. Shelly was more than helpful and patient with me on the phone. Lens was well packaged with big bubble wrap and even cupped the rear part of the lens.
Very poor job of repairs. I had my Sony a73 sent to them twice for a within warranty repair and it looks like they basically just cleaned it and sent it back to me twice. No checks on what the customer experienced and no outgoing quality check on whether they took care of the problem experienced. I want to give a 0 star but can’t apparently. My camera is still broken and i am basically escalating the situation with Sony. Sony better look at their repair vendors for performance.
I'd like to start this review by stating that I believe a majority of these negative reviews are misleading. I, like many others searched the company I was sending my gear off to and became terrified I had made a huge mistake once I saw a 2 star rating. I sent in my Sony a7R IV and 200-600mm for repairs as it was having terrible autofocus issues. Upon arrival at Precision Camera, I was notified via email that the gear had been received. I checked the repair status on their website and it updated very frequently. I had my gear back within a week of shipping it out. The repair itself took around 3 days for both my camera body and lens. Upon receiving my gear back, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of their work. The issue was resolved and they thourougly cleaned my gear as well. The package was VERY well protected with a thick layer of bubble wrap on all sides. Where they lost a star from me was their customer service. I was expecting to receive both my camera and lens back in the same box since that was how I shipped it out. When I was notified my lens shipped but not my camera body, I attempted to contact them for 2 days via email and the phone number they provided. I was unable to connect to a customer service representative via either means of communication. They did however eventually reach out to me via email and explain why the two pieces of gear were shipped separately. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience with this company. If they had a faster response time with their customer service, they easily would have received 5 stars from me.
I wish I could give lower than 1 star. I sent a Sony HX-99 unit to them twice for the issue of red dots around bright objects. Was told they couldn't duplicate the issue, but their tech left a pic that shows they did. Spoke to a rep at the company saying how I use this camera for sunrises and sunsets, basically she was \oh well\. First and last Sony camera and NEVER again for this place.
