The simple issue here is they are not helpful and will berate you and insult you if there is something wrong on their end. I purchased a garage door opener for a Guardian series Model and did my research and knew it was compatible. Turns out Guardian had updated the battery from A23 to A27 yet it was not updated on their website. I purchased A23s based on their website. No big deal... a few dollars... except when I asked them about it. They stated that if there was something wrong, it was pretty much my fault. They told me the manual says I chose the wrong garage door opener (turns out, all it needed was a new battery and it worked). I sent them a picture of the battery and they couldn't admit they may have had an outdated description... instead said I questioned their integrity. Reminder, all I asked was why there was a different battery than advertised. So... I went to Guardian's website and turns out they had in fact updated to an A27. These people are not knowledgeable. They are a middleman that has not quite kept up to date with what they are selling. If they simply said, our fault, it must have been updated, instead of insulting me and telling me I chose the wrong remote, I would not have cared. Update: please check their response. As you can see, I wrote in my review that the opener works. It was a battery issue in that the battery sent was dead which can happen. I did ask if the wrong product was sent because the batteries were different, at which point, the defensive tone started. I never said their product was fraudulent, simply if I received the right one. I did not send it back because again, it worked after being replaced with the correct battery. Their response here is a clear example of why I do not mind that I am "cut off" from their services.

Sorry, I have yet to put them to use. Check back with me in the near future. Judging by appearance (in real as well as on-line) I see a good tool. Will be happy to give a review once I have used them for a period of time. I feel they'll do the job. The business transaction, shipping etc. was good. Thank you.
SCAM, STAY AWAY. TERRIBLE company. See pictures below. Order was placed on 12/4/2020 and confirmation email received. Still hadn’t even received an email saying my order had shipped and by that time it was 1/3/2021! Called company and received a call back next day on 1/4/2021 saying my order would ship that week. LIES. My order didn’t ship until 1/21/2021 and when I received it on 1/22/2021 it was an EMPTY BOX. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. BUY FROM AMAZON AND PUT COMPANIES LIKE THIS OUT OF BUSINESS.
These pulleys were an excellent price. And company shipped them promptly. However, they were packaged poorly for shipping and made it here by the skin of its teeth. USPS not known for gentile touch so plastic package ripped open. Another inch and contents would have been lost. Another note, these come as pictured. Pulleys only (no bracket, no bolt).
I couldn't find these hooks at any of the big box stores. Item arrived earlier than stated at ordering and in perfect condition. I installed them on my garage seamlessly. Thanks
The parts I needed were in stock and shipped fairly quickly. I used to getting small parts quickly from Amazon with free or very reasonable shipping. I almost didn't complete the order due to the shipping cost, but I needed to parts immediately due to a safety issue.
So far so good. Part was put in to replace a garage door assembly that bit the dust. Door is opening & closing to perfection now. Will see how long this one lasts. Preferred Doors website was seamless to order from & my order got to me properly packed & delivered quickly. I will definitely consider ordering from P.D. LLC again & have put all contact info. onto my computer for future notice. Thanks for your help!!!
Absolutely terrible customer service. Failed to inform customer that could take multiple weeks to ship, finally received a reply after I inquired, they say they were "waiting" on parts to arrive. After a reply, they threaten to cancel and eventually cancel my order as though I'm at fault and stating, "we have other customers who appreciate the effort we're taking". Will never do business with again, these people are jerks.
