Nate was great! It was difficult getting through on the phone. But making the appointment online was perfect. It was also nice to be able to text and not try to get through on the phone. One thing that would have made it 5 stars is if they would have charged my car. They could have easily just parked it at the charger. That would have been a great perk!

Nate was great. Although I would have like better feedback during the time my truck was serviced. I texted and called various times with no return. I’m sure it’s busy down there but people need to know the status as it evolves.
