One of the most unprofessional places I have ever been too. Went to the back to get my Covid testing, 4 people were sitting at the back and only 2 girls where with patients. The one that sit next to the bathroom is very unprofessional and rude. I asked her a question and her response “what? I don’t know what your asking me” and went back to her conversation about dieting. There is a time and place for personal conversations and she completely ignored me after that until the African American girl came to do my test and answered all my questions. Thank you to the girl that swabbed me and the one that sit next to her for getting my email and sending me my results. Disappointed, I told my family members they should just wait on line rather than be spoken to in that manner. Need to higher better staff. 1 star.

Paola and Sara are the best they go over and beyond to help the individuals we serve. Even on a busy day they will take their time to address any concerns we may have. Thet understand the population we work with and will sit with patients and explain every procedure to them. The front desk is very helpful. They always willing to make my individuals appointments on the most convenient time. I have been to several of premier clinics but this is the best.

My experience at this location was amazing! I was there for the first time for a COVID test due to traveling and my experience was great. I got my paperwork emailed to me and i filled it out before coming in to my appointment. When I came in the front desk was so nice and followed all the correct CDC guidelines and the nurses that did my swab were amazing I barely even realized I was getting a swab done. I’m definitely coming back here!!!!!

Great place excellent service. Staff is always pleasantly nice to all individuals. Fast service always willing to help. The doctor's are great and understands the needs of their patients. I Would recommend this place to anyone!!!
