We called Premier soon after we moved to an old house, with an old heating system. They evaluated our system, and repaired a few \bugs.\ When the old furnace gives up, we will not hesitate to have them install a new one. Service is prompt and they are professional and polite. You will love Premier.

We called premier Sunday evening during the Super Bowl and they were out first thing the next morning to fix the the furnace. They were very knowledgeable and patient with their questions. Great communication, prompt service and fair pricing. Pretty much everything you look for in a service business. We would definitely recommend them and will use them again for our basement remodel this year.

Our furnace was acting up earlier in the week and was blowing cold air. I was able to get it reset to producing warm air but wanted someone to come out to perform some routine maintenance. Premier was able to schedule us the next day. The technician was on time, very professional and did a great job getting the maintenance done in a timely manner. He was very friendly and took the time to explain what he found. We highly recommend using Premier for your heating and cooling needs.

We are very grateful for Premier. My furnace broke at about 3pm one recent winter afternoon. I called Premier and they had someone out within the hour and fixed it before the close of business that day, all at a reasonable cost. My service repair man wore a mask and was careful to distance which I greatly appreciated. Three cheers for Premier!

TL;DR: Great service and fast. I don't like writing reviews on the internet. But I had to on this one. Let's be honest, no one wants to call someone to repair things. It costs money and time and ultimately I just want the furnace to work. Why won't it work?! It was working yesterday! What changed? I Googled things. Lots of things. I tried things. Most of them failed. I even tried to convince myself that 59F wasn't THAT cold. But as the shivers of my children began to shake the house, I knew I wasn't gonna figure this out. So I called around. I called at least 6 other places before I found these guys. Their price for a diagnosis was better than most and the wait time was less than everyone else. The fix was a small thing but it was a \I'm definitely not trained for this\ thing. And I won't say that James fixing my furnace saved my family and marriage, but I am suggesting he take the rest of the week off with pay. He can even stop by my now cozy, warm home. Thanks, Premier.
