I'd like to thank Kale Keen for helping me out. He was very professional. Was very timely when he inspected my roof after hurricane damage. Helped me through the process of getting it repaired and was always there to answer my questions and be patient as I've never dealt with any kind of insurance claims. Once I was finally able to get the roof installed it was done very quickly and it looks awesome. I definitely will recommend Premier South to others as well.

On Thursday 1/28/2021 at roughly 3:00pm I witnessed an elderly man stopped in the middle of traffic with all the materials he had in his truck scattered all across the road. People were honking and passing by as he was struggling to pick up all of his belongings. I saw one of this company’s trucks drive up, stop traffic for the man. A young man jumped out and rushed to his aid. This employee ushered the older gentleman to stand in the median out of harms way as he hurried to pick everything up for the elderly gentleman and put it back in his truck. This incident was one of the most heart warming situations I’ve seen here in Lafayette. I saw the company’s name on the truck and researched the company on google. The young man who so eagerly and swiftly rushed to the elderly gentleman’s aid had an olive skin complexion, dark brown hair with what looked to be a beard. Drove a white company truck with the number 83 on the back. Whoever he is, thank you for contributing to the faith in humanity and setting the example. Your good deed did not go unnoticed and hope God blesses you for eternity! God bless you and God bless this company for having people like this!

Vernon was great to work with. He was always available to answer any questions and worked well with our insurance company to help this process go very smoothly. Work was done fast and efficient. The crew that came out was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. They even cleaned everything up as they were going and before they left. Dustin Boswell was responsive when we called after Hurricane Laura and was the first person to come after we had called many people. My house had leaked and we needed to get our roof and vinyl repaired as soon as possible. He was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and a very nice and caring person. He took care of repairing our roof in a timely manner. The roofing group he sent was excellent. There were so many things they took care to do that was beyond our expectations. We are completely satisfied with our roof and Dustin Boswell sent a quality control person who was all over our roof making sure our job was completed according to their standards. We highly recommend Dustin Boswell.

Kale worked very hard trying to assist with getting my insurance to cover. Came out several times and was very pleasant to deal with. My insurance company wasn’t helpful. We kept in touch. The time came I had to have it done. I knew who I was reaching out to. Kale Keen! Within 1 week we had the roof done! It looks fantastic. They cleaned out my gutters and picked up all debris.
