I highly recommend Premium Urgent Care! After suffering an injury over the weekend to my hand that became swollen and painful, I was in need of medical attention. I am so thankful to have found them open and happy to help. Sandra, the receptionist, was pleasant and helpful. Ashley, my nurse, was friendly and professional. I saw Dr. Michael Klug who clearly has a compassionate heart for his patients. He looked at my hand and immediately knew what I needed to recover. He ordered the shots and medicines that I needed. My nurse, Ashley, administered the shots that were necessary with a talented and gentle touch. They are so thoughtful here that I found that my prescriptions had already been called in and filled at the CVS pharmacy right across the street. They were ready for immediate pickup and I was able to go home right away to rest. The next day, I received a follow up call from Dr. Michael Klug, which was both a nice surprise and a further example of the compassion and professionalism that you will experience here. My injured hand happens to be my dominant hand, and today, I am happy to say that I am able to use it without pain and it is looking healthy as it continues to heal! Thank you, Dr. Michael Klug, Ashley, and Sandra! Keep up the excellent and caring work! I appreciate you!

I went in for a work physical. The employees were kind and assisted me right away! Even with the COVID testing services they were providing, and I also went in as walk in due to high demand in people. But when I was there there was not many people, the doctor was quick and I completed my physical. It was a great experience and definitely worth the drive since I am from Hanford. Thank you health care workers

Easily scheduled an appointment online this morning for 11:30am. Came in 20min early to fill out paper work and was out by 11:45am. Staff was very nice! Office was very clean. Definitely recommend!
