I rented a trailer from southwest RV adventures for my mother-in-law. Customer service was outstanding. I was shown every detail of how to use the trailer how to hook it up and unhook it, kind of a “RVs for dummies“ approach which really worked for me. Quick and responsive When we had an after hours question about the refrigerator. I also like that delivery and pick up service is available. Great company to work with.

This was our first RV trip and it was a great experience. Pick-up & drop off we’re very easy. We had a short supply on an essential item. I texted Marc and he was at the campground within an hour. We’ll definitely rent from Marc again!
