Definitely rude. My mother and I went in looking for a certain bead type. They acted as if they had never heard of it before, kept saying the beads they had were on the wall, we asked if we could see them, got a snarky “yeah”. The only nice person was the older gentleman who came in shortly after. He politely told us they had no beads that would work for what we needed and that they were too small. Keep in mind this store does not have beads, the only things we saw were rocks and things already on strings.

Hours were not post on the out side, so we didn’t see they were closing soon. The man behind the counter was too busy brown nosing the guests at the register to tell us that they were closing... no he waited while we were shopping and rudely said “They we closed.” We responded “Your closed.” And got a “ Yeah, we closed two minutes ago.” We unfortunately did purchased what we hand in our hands, it was for a Christmas gift, and left. We will never step foot back into the shop again, and will advise everyone we can not to go there, just because of the way we were treated.
