They do good work for some. However, I do not subscribe to the disAbility movement. New Horizons Empowerment lacks proper electronic communications but others I have spoken with speak well of them. Personally I give New Horizons Empowerment one star but they may be able to assist you so. For that, I shall give them three.

Needs more support and the workers offering grants suck, gave me wrong information and led me on empowering me then letting me down. Could never get ahold of him. Had to call his boss they need more people that actually care about the people. The transportation also yelled at me when I called to cancel my ride.
