They arrived on time each day, worked tirelessly, each window and door installed as if it was their own home, and removed all debris when finished. We chose Milgard Windows for all 11 windows and patio door as we had them installed in our previous home with over 10 years of trouble free use.

Excellent communication from Shawn who kept fully informed. Once the installation was completed, he let me know when the stucco work would take place. We are extremely pleased with our new slider and love how easily it works.
Called for a estimate. Ron wanted to make sure my wife would be home at the time of the estimate. When I asked why does that matter he said because it makes less trips for him. I was surprised and said you know I’m not going to hire you without getting 2 quotes. Ron made it very clear that he wanted me to get other bids before he came out to review my job because he did not want to waste time and make extra trips. I personally own a business and when I’m estimating projects my policy is too make sure the customer is comfortable and did there research before hiring my company. The reason for this review is mostly because I’m shocked at how Ron treated me and feel it necessary to make sure anyone getting work completed on there homes especially when it comes to windows to always get 3 bids!! Ron, business must be good for you to act as ignorant as you did .
We scheduled Ron to come out for a window replacement estimate. Ron arrived and took measurements and photos, and said he would get right back with us with an estimate. Over one month later, still no contact from Ron. I emailed Ron and again no response. I finally called Ron. Instead of returning my phone call, he just texted me and said they couldn't do the job. A red flag on the definite lack of customer service!
I write this from my perch next to my amazing new windows where I can now listen to bird songs. Ron helped me come up with a solution for my living room and then was extremely responsive through the whole process. The job they did was top notch, the price extremely reasonable, and the finished product has brought both joy and fresh air into my life. I can't thank you enough!
