The fitting went well and the person was super friendly to work with at Woodland Mall. However, I recieved absolutley no communication from them that their store was going to be temporarily closed before my friends wedding. Because of this, it was too late to make a dispute with my bank to get my money back. Website and phone lines have been down for months when I've been trying to reach them to get my suit deposit back. I went to another location that was still open and was told that they couldn't give me a refund through their store and had to pay for the full price of the suit I was supposed to get on top of what I already put down. I know we're in a pandemic, but I'm pretty upset about the whole situation. I've seen others on here are experiencing the same thing. I'm with you and I hope Presidential Tuxedo's makes it right.

Everything fit pretty loose, pant leg seam was stitched wrong
If I could rate lower I would. They abruptly closed down during the pandemic and never reopened. We were NEVER notified of this, can't get ahold of anyone and they still have our deposit. I understand things happen but its extremely poor customer service to just leave your customers stranded.
Is this place still open been trying to contact them for over four months via phone and email they have all my grooms money and everything and haven’t had a return from them at all. My wedding is set to be 9-18-2020. Any help would be greatly appreciated
Been calling all locations and noone is answering. If u could give it zero stars I would. Everything has been paid for my best friends wedding and now they won't answer.
My overall experience was very good using President Tuxedo for my Groomsmen attire. The store manager and associates were very accommodating, even at the last moments of fitting issues. We appreciate all the efforts to make our wedding experience a memorable one!
President tuxedo and Bonnie were great. They took care of everything we needed and you could tell they genuinely cared about making sure our special day was just right. I’d use them again or recommend them without hesitation!
The guys in my wedding loved going here! They had so many color options. They even had the bow ties in shade of coral that I needed for my wedding! The people who had help us out was so nice. Once it was the week of the wedding they made sure that everything fits for the guys and if it didn’t fit president tuxedo would order it in the right size and it came the very next day. It was really nice of them to give us two days after the wedding to return the tux’s because the weather was bad.
