We have used Prestigious Pets, several times over the years... and Trina ( along with her staff ) always do a great job. Sadie enjoys her time there, and we can tell that she has been loved and cared for. Always thankful for their friendliness, and care for Sadie.

It was very clean as n s n.v d organized. Had a beautiful, clean back yard for doggies to p lo as y in. People were very nice too!
We have taken our dog here numerous times to board her - She loves it here and is always excited when we arrive in the parking area - The best part to me is that she can go outside and run around with other dogs several times a day when she is there. We have left her there as long as a week and when we returned, she was healthy and happy. It is so rewarding to know that we can go away and leave her in such good hands.
I am not happy with the service that Prestigious Pets gave to my dog, Nachat. The last two times they nicked my dog's jaw line and was cut. They did not say anything. I realized it when I got home. They could have let me know their mistake beforhand. They were either careless or they didn't care how they handled my dog. I gave them one more chance. This time it was worse, they nicked he's eye. I had to take him to the vet to correct the problem. Luckily it wasn't serious enough to loose his eye sight. But he had to be given antibiotics and other medication because of the careless groomer. I will tell you off the bat, I did let his hair go a bit before grooming. So in that respect, I was wrong. But the groomer or the owner could have told me what happened. I would not have been so upset. Because of this I am trying to locate a new groomer in LR.
People are nice. Prices are very affordable.

Be warned...Do not judge a book by its cover! Looks are deceiving! Owner did NOT tell me that groomer that my dog had grow attached to was no longer there!!!! Admitedly, my dog is a tough one to groom, but the new groomer nicked my dog in several places and the owner nor the groomer told me! I ended up with vet bill due to cuts and skin reaction to products that they used. The cut was HORRIBLE! Place looks great like the video on the website shows. Ower is very nice and professional; however, grooming and boarding is kept behind closed doors and dogs are taken from you in the front and you are NOT allowed to see where grooming takes place! I was NOT told of new groomer. Vet bill was expensive and groom was horrible. The owner was nice when I contacted her, but I will not be taking my dog back. I do not trust them with my furbaby.
Loved by all of us, especially our fur baby, who misses you all when she returns home! See you again soon!!
