I called to pay off my debt with this company and it was the worst customer service I had ever received. The guy that answered the phone I believe his name was Carey? I asked if I could speak to a manager and with a really snooty attitude said IAM the manager and I said okay well is there a different one I can speak to maybe a district manager or corporate manager and he got really upset with me and was like your calling the corporate office why do you need to speak with a different manager and I just told him I wanted to speak with someone with some better customer service skills. Just completely was an ass. And told me there was no one else I could talk to. I get your job can be rough dealing with irritating people all day but I'm just calling to pay off my debt you could have been a little nicer and acted like you cared about your job or the company you were representing . I didn't call cussing at you about this I just wanted to go over every detail and I'm sorry that was such an inconvenience but maybe you should find another job.

Rude. Unprofessional. No customer service skills whatsoever. I tried to pay off a debt. They offered me a discount for early payoff. I was told my processing fee would be waived. I called the next day and was told I would be changed a 12 fee. You told me no fee for early pay off. He told me was doing me a favor and tried to debate I told him I wasn't going to debate. I will be making monthly payment through the mail to avoid fees for the next year End of coversation
