My children take the red bus to school and for what ever reason you guys cant come down our street even tho ALL the kids who get on the bus live on the block..but nooo walk ur kids the busy corner where cars dont even stop..dumb...and lets not even talk about tbe inconsistent drop off times just crazy. You have 1 job!!
Inconsistent pick up/drop off times and today, they arrived a couple minutes earlier than usual and decided to leave my 4 year old behind while she was getting on her sweater. It was the last stop before taking the kids to school and the bus refused to come back for her. She either had to miss school, or someone was going to have to walk her there.
I unfortunately have to agree with others' assessment of the customer service skills of the Prigge staff. Because we live on a dead end, they won't come down my street, and I have to meet the bus at the corner. There's no line-of-sight to the drop off from my house. They came 12 minutes early today and, because I wasn't there, they made my grandson ride the bus for a full 60 minutes back to the Early Learning Center. They refused to let me meet the bus at another location. He's 4 years old for goodness sake! I was told I should be waiting outside (it's winter in Wisconsin!) 20 minutes ahead of time in case they come early. Bureaucracy at its worst.
Problems just continue with this bus company! Office people never doing their job correctly buses show up late, early. And one time not at all. ApparentlyAgain they change the pick up times with no notification to parents. Nice work people! So the bus is very late... The office is called to find out what is going on... And then the bus driver shows up steps down on the steps of the bus with this finger pointing at us hollering in a threatening manner about calling the office and complaining. This done right in front of the child we could not get on the bus because he was standing on the steps.
