We were very happy with our experience with Tom & his team. Great guys, very friendly and upbeat attitudes, worked hard, and all of our belongings arrived in their original condition. Tom arrived on time with a team of three additional guys to move our two story condo to a three story condo. We hired movers due to the need to move our king-sized bed as well as a washer and dryer to the third floor of our new place. Tom and the guys all worked hard, exercised a lot of care in packing the truck, and were thoughtful as they were moving everything. We appreciated their upbeat attitudes and work ethic. All of our belongings arrived in their original condition. They wrapped and blanketed things to keep them safe. They carefully moved the washer and dryer so it didn't damage the floors. Overall, it did take longer than the original estimate and did end up costing about twice as much as we'd originally budgeted but they were competitively priced compared to other movers in the area and the guys worked quickly to keep things moving. It was our first time using movers so we weren't sure how much time to plan for. I would recommend them and use them again in the future and just plan for it to take longer than the estimate.

Prime Movers helped us twice in the last few months. Once moving our things from an apartment into a storage unit and then again moving stuff out of the storage unit into a new apartment. Both times they finished the job very efficiently and all of our items were handled with care. For the amount of work they did, I felt the price was a great deal! We could not have asked for a better team to make our moves less stressful!

Thomas and his crew were amazing! They got right to work when they picked my things up from the house and put everything in storage neatly. They also took things out of storage and brought it back to my house in a very timely manner! This is my 3rd time using this company and I must say I will use them every single time I need to move! AMAZING company. I have used them twice now. Once moving out of a small apartment, and again out of a townhouse. Completely fair pricing and the movers are so responsible, respectful, and polite. They showed up right on time, and completed the job efficiently. It was really rainy/muddy out and we have cream colored carpets and even while carrying heavy furniture, the movers made sure to stop and wipe their feet EACH TIME they went into my new house. The owner was present for both of my moves, which is something you won't get with those 'big companies' He also helped put together a piece of furniture that my husband was struggling with that was already at the new property. Overall, they will go above and beyond regardless of how large or small your move is.

Mr. Ivy and his partner were both very professional and caring about my furniture that they needed to move and took every precaution to not scratch anything to include my walls.
