I purchased a new GMC truck from these folks back in April. I submitted a form to GMC on a rainy Saturday afternoon with the information on what I was looking for in a truck. I received contacts from three dealerships that afternoon within 100 miles of my location, but Cade Fowler(internet sales) with Prince Automotive contacted me within minutes of my submission. They had the truck I wanted and at a better price point than the other two dealerships. We closed the deal on Monday by phone and Cade delivered the truck to my home, which is 95 miles from Valdosta, on Wednesday. I never left the house. I have purchased 16 new vehicles in the last 48 years and only three of those experiences were pleasant. This purchase was one those totally hassle free experiences. Cade was courteous and informative and actually just called me 3 months after the sale to ask how I was enjoying the truck. Based on my experience so far, I have to give Prince Automotive and Cade Fowler 5 Stars.

Drove from the Gulf Coast of Florida to purchase a 2012 Toyota Highlander from Salesman Bobby West. We did 90% of the deal via phone, email or texting. My last out of state purchase experience was very bad so I was pleasantly surprised and grateful at the way he took such great care of me from start to finish. He offered to send me pictures of any flaws the car had (inside or out), was 100% transparent with me from the get-go, down to earth, not pushy, answered questions directly and I could keep going with the complements. In addition, every member of the dealership staff was SO friendly and fun! It was a Saturday and raining when I picked up the vehicle so they set up an indoor mini football game contest that was super fun for people of all ages! The Used Car Manager had Bobby’s back every step of the way and they gave me a more than fair price on the vehicle. They also had it sparkly clean with a full tank of gas when I pulled up to sign paperwork! I can also attest to their follow up care because when I got home the sunroof appeared to be leaking. Yikes! I messaged Bobby and he immediately got everything setup for me to take my vehicle into the local Toyota dealership and they paid to have it looked at and taken care of! WOW. What dealership does that? Apparently this one and I’ll probably drive up to pay Bobby a visit when this vehicle is paid off and I’m ready for that Jeep! Thanks again to the entire team at Prince Automotive!
