In excess of THREE WEEKS AGO I left a message to establish myself as a new patient and schedule a well visit - indicated it was not an emergency, just needed a doctor. Received a return call two days later where I repeated the information and was told I'd receive a return call. A week passed and no such return call. I called the office and explained the above and was told that the person that handles that was off (on a Monday) and I'd hear from her Tuesday. Two more weeks have gone by and not a word from this company. Pathetic.

The office of Dr. Pirouz & its staff are completely incompetent. I’m not sure why Ashley’s automated voicemail says she will call back within 24 hours. A family member was referred to Dr Pirouz and left multiple voicemails on multiple days AND even sent an appointment request online. Said family member never received a call back in over 56 hours. Do yourself a favor Ashley, change your call back timeframe since you don’t honor a 24 hour call back. And Dr. Pirouz, if this is how your office treats patients or potential patients, we’ll gladly take our family member elsewhere since you are lacking in compassion and a simple appointment scheduling!

I'm extremely disappointed by the service today. I was scheduled for a physical, was running a few minutes late bc i am coming from Glen Burnie. Tried calling to let them know and sat on hold for 15 and still no one to talk to. Get there and told to r/s bc i was late. I tried explaining my situation and no remorse given. I also work in a doctors office and cannot take off at any time. Extremely frustrated for driving and hour out of my way and then told sorry nope. I will be changing to a pcp that is more understandable.

I called to schedule my annual physical done and get paperwork filled out. I was informed that they would the physical but I would have to schedule a separate appointment for my paperwork because it would be an out-of-pocket expense because my insurance would not cover a non-medical issue(getting paperwork filled out to declare I was healthy to be a daycare provider) AND I would have to pay around 40 for that visit because they would not be billing my insurance. This is the first I have ever heard of this! My doctor in Waldorf always bills my insurance for my physical and fills out my paperwork at no additional cost! Patients beware! This is a practice that puts over patient care!
