Was seen there today and had an amazing experience! Especially since i showed up like 5 mins before her lunch brake and she still took her time with me to see what was wrong. 50 stars if i could! Both women i spoke with there today were amazing!

Michelle was extremely caring and compassionate. She was the best! Very thorough and helped me immensely. Took the time to visit and get to know all my past health problems. I recommend her 100%

Dot physical is not very well done. Hearing test is nurse whispering with back to you while your finger is in one ear. Prone to ordering sleep study regardless of questionnaire responses. And not accurate as to fmcsa requirements. Not a good overall experience.

Super unprofessional! A nurse said she sent out my prescription to my pharmacy, & my pharmacy never got it. This happened twice in a row. The whole situation was so frustrating. They also won’t do certain procedures that Rockwall Minute clinic will, because they’re squeamish. I also was scheduled too early for a particular checkup, and the physician told me so. I told him the last physician before you scheduled me on the day SHE said was best for this checkup. Lastly, I was scheduled before this lady and there was a misunderstanding about that. It was sorted out, but the minute clinic physician stated “She was pretty mad and thought she was going before you. I hope she doesn’t fight with you in the parking lot. Haha.” That was so unprofessional and an uncalled for thing to say! I’m not going back. I’m going to a real clinic.
