Awesome shop. Everyone was super helpful and friendly. Prices and stock were the best I’ve seen anywhere. Jason hooked me up and taught me a lot in the process. Great experience, I will definitely buy all my gear here from now on.

Had an emergency snowboard issue and they were able to fix it on the spot. While I was waiting, I was looking for smart wool and Jeff swooped in to help. He's the man. Excellent customer service, extensive knowledge and super friendly. Only reason for 4-stars is that they're literally on the Wachusett mtn so I had to take a bus to the mountain from a second parking just to get there bc the first lot was full. Inconvenient but totally worth it.

Awesome ski tuning. Had them do two pairs for me while I skied another pair all day. They were pleasant and did great work. Would highly recommend for tuning and their prices are more than reasonable. I have also demoed skis here before and they were nice and had a good selection. They carry some very reputable brands including rossignol, Salomon, volkl, kastle, and others. Thanks for the awesome service!
