I have lived at Princeton On Beacon street for the last 2 years and couldn't be happier! The management staff from Princeton Properties has been great from my initial tour through today (2 years later). I live in a studio apartment that is well designed with a full separated kitchen from the living area. There is a huge closet that has extra room for storage above. I haven't paid more than 25 for electricity since moving in (we residents don't pay for heat as it's provided through the building). The maintenance guy Danny is awesome and friendly. Whenever I've needed anything, I can put maintenance requests in online through an app and it is completed fast and they send me an email letting me know it's complete. I also pay my rent online through their resident portal with an e-check and there are no extra fees. The location of the building speaks for itself being at 1470 Beacon steet in the Coolidge Corner section of Brookline. I have easy access to the green line out front and can walk to Trader Joe's down the street to grocery shop. I walk to Fenway all the time and there are great bars and restaurants everywhere. I highly recommend living at Princeton on Beacon!!!!
