The service manager, Allie, is very helpful and will take care of you. Waiting area is minimal in regards to comfort and amenities compared to other dealerships. Hopefully as business increases, facilities will be upgraded.

Fantastic car buying experience with Brandon and Jill in finance. Spent over a week researching cars and 4 visits to Principle. Brandon was attentive and helpful every time, went on 2 test drives, and let me take a car for two nights. Their rates and discounts were extremely competitive, and they matched every offer I brought to them. It's hard to imagine having a more pleasant or easier time buying a car than what I had at Principle.
I had a great experience checking out Principle Alfa Romeo. The GM Taylor and salesman Robert were very helpful in helping me seek out Alfa Romeo options. Their service was top notch! You can tell they really value how they treat their customers. This is a great dealership to go to if you're interested in a new vehicle.

Great place to buy a car and Robert was great. There were a few very minor issues with my vehicle, but they got them fixed immediately before I even drove off the lot. Excellent service and a great price.
THE BEST EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD WITH ANY CAR DEALERSHIP. Taylor, the General Manager, responded so quickly to my online inquiry and answered all 100000 questions that I had. Great service from Allie (service), Robert (sales) and Taylor (GM). Our Fiat 500x broke down while visiting SA from Houston. Part (electric fan) was hard to come by. Allie patiently worked with me while we got approval from Fiat HQ for warranty work and getting a rental car. Allie provided almost daily status on ETA for parts and worked with HQ to extend car rental as needed. It took 2 weeks to get part but the excellent service from this dealership softened the blow. Everyone worked together as a team; I never got the typical "oh that's not my dept BS." A true team at this dealership and a testament to the workers as well as management team. I wish my local dealership in Houston #FiatOfClearLake was even 50% as competent and attentive as this dealership. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
