It was a late Friday afternoon and payroll had to go out and of course we ran out of printer ink. We had just changed office personnel and the new person did not know that the one cartridge we had left was empty. We called Think Printers and described our situation. Not only did they supply us with the correct cartridge but they went above and beyond by delivering the new cartridge to our office! The have acquired a loyal customer who HIGHLY recommends them.
