Absolutely amazing. I had a 500 printer that I was sure I would have to throw away. Mr Pham had me drop it off on a Saturday, and called me Monday morning(Labor Day) to tell me it was all ready to go. I couldn't believe it!! His prices are extremely reasonable, but pay this man anything he wants! He truly has your best interest inside his heart. Thank you again, Loc! You have a customer for life.
Such a nice guy. More worried about my situation than his. He opened early because it was the only time i could be there because i live 100 miles away. He started working on my printer as soon as I got there. I was going to come back but wanted to fix it as soon as I got there for my convenience. Hi fixed my printer whithin 5 minutes. Dont throw away that malfunctioning printer take it to Loc. Thank you again.

My Epson printer is not printing after calling 2 printer repair who just told me to “ throw away my printer “ I found Printer Tek. Mr. Loc is very knowledgeable and very nice. He explains to me the problem of my printer and gave me good advice on how to maintain it. The best was he helped me get good discount for my cartridge inks.
