Failed repair work that damaged additional parts to truck. Was told to come back two plus weeks later for them to warranty their work. During their warranty work, they removed a brand new name brand part I had just installed in the truck the night prior to fix a portion of the damage their mechanic had done AND provided them a receipt for, had run diagnostics on and was working and they replaced with lesser quality part. They texted me they sent MY part out for "warranty". A party they didn't purchase or install, was brand new and working. They refused to return the part when requested and refused to refund me cost of part or install. Found wrench on engine block from their work. Owner called me a thief for not "paying" him for the warranty work on their initial failed repair and for not paying for the replaced subpar part I didn't need to begin with. Initial work cost me over 1200. I spent an additional 400 to fix part of their works damage and had a truck returned to me at end with subpar parts and my new paid for part kept by their company. Never could get a straight answer from them. All communication by text to prove interaction. Plus receipts. Key... if you are a woman, they will try to take advantage of you.

Best experience getting our older box truck in for maintenance. Had to have it towed in unexpectedly and they worked quickly to help remedy the problem and get the scheduled maintenance done on time. They helped us quickly, efficiently and with a smile on their faces all while providing a well done job at a really decent price! We will definitely be using them for our regular diesel maintenance! I used to go to bend to another deisel mechanic. When I found Priority so close I was happy to find anothwr mechanic close by. By far the best service and they do not price gouge, they're fair priced I'm happy with the wlrk and service they do. They're very knowledgeable and helpful. I'd recommend Priority Deisel Performancebto anyone. I'll never go to another mechanic again, I only trust them with my Duramax.
