Had an appointment for smart start install showed up 10 minutes early got a 20 minute lecture about how showing up early instead of on time was bad ... a month later I show up on the day and time we had agreed on and the shop was closed left a message on the phone and left after an hour of waiting ...they never bothered to call me back so i had to make a last minute hour and a half drive to get my smart start downloaded maybe good at stereo install but not professional enough to handle more time sensitive tasks

Had an appointment to have a smart start device installed at 2 I didn’t leave the shop until 5. When I got in my car my steering wheel was covered in sweat as well as my car seat. I was given little explanation on how the device worked. It wasn’t until later that day that I started having problems with the device and violation codes. Fast forward 5 days I’m at another shop having it rewired so it works correctly. If you want to waste half a day having something installed incorrectly this is the place for you.
