Had a horrible experience waited 1 hour at pro desk. Just to be told no one can help us and to go to customer service desk where we got no help either. Barbara and Debbie who worked at the customer service desk were extremely rude and had no intention of helping us get on our way. We were forced to pay for the material ourselves.
