I really have to acknowledge Bill Rodgers at the Frazer Home Depot. I ordered some fencing online to be delivered( 80 express delivery) last week and it just never came, no phone call, no explanation. The online delivery date was moved up a week for no apparent reason. I was on the phone for hours in the evening to no avail. I was very upset as I had hired someone to install the fence this week! I called the Frazer store the next day. The first employee I spoke with was not very helpful so I asked to speak to the manager, Bill, at the Frazer store. Long story short Bill found my fence panels, drove it to my home within hours, helped move it and issued me a refund for the delivery fee. I just cannot say enough about the obvious work ethic and professionalism of Bill. In a day in age where no one seems to care he made me feel like he absolutely did. Highly professional, saved the day! Need more people like Bill in the world! Give this man a raise or promotion or something Home Depot!
