Horrible horrible customer service! I normally go to the Ofallon store, but now I will never shop at Home Depot again all because of this location. After waiting over 3 months (2 months longer than we were supposed to) for a front door, no door installed again! After 2 hours on the phone, being told that’s the way it is and we will have to wait another month for another installer... I canceled it all!!! After exclusively shopping at Home Depot for 20 years, WORST customer service ever!!! I will never walk into another Home Depot again! I will drive an extra 30 miles if I have to, to shop at Lowe’s & Mernard’s.

Purhashed a light fixture, installed it, only to find out the very last piece was dented and unable to hold up the light. Went back to Home Depot with only the damaged piece and my receipt and they were able to do an even exchange and take a non damaged piece from the box of the same light fixture in-store. I didn't have to bring in the whole light and box, which would have been difficult to uninstall, just the part. Although the damaged piece was frustrating, Home Depot provided excellent customer service by allowing the exchange.
