Maddie was very helpful and looked up the isle my product was in. Hopefully she keeps working for homedepot. She a keeper. It's maddie that works in where people return items.

Home Depot may have everything you need but you can never find anyone when you need help. Everytime I've gone here I couldn't find a worker but luckily another shopper was able to help. You need buttons in your Isle ways so if someone needs help they can push the button and get the help they need.

I get followed by the people who work here when I'm just looking around, and when I actually need help its impossible, and if your going to the pro desk....let me start by saying have a seat, I watch other people get helped before I did today, they know me well and when I'm standing there looking and waiting some other people come walking up and get service, they didn't even say good morning, hi or anything just glared at me then looked back down and continue to seem busy, I didn't want to be rude so I was waiting for them to ask if I was ready....ha...OK...now there's a woman who snapped at me as soon as I said something, guess I touched a nerve because I was right..and she's like that every time I come in here...so to the contractors just trying to get there job done have fun with this lame customer service, I've been going to home depot for years I think I'll find another place if something don't change...and stop making me feel like I'm not welcome and watching me like I'm a steal something..smh
