Horrible when trying to get help via phone. They promise to call you back and never do. If you elect to hold you have to stay on hold for a very long time. Trying to talk to the pro-desk to a special order for window glazing channel that nobody else in the store seem to be able to do even though it's probably a 30 item. I've been on hold over 12 minutes and counting. This not the first time this has happened either.

My door got destroyed that I ordered and it took me 25 days past due date to find out. Starting over not so much home depot but the shipping they used sucks. No communications.
