Awful store, pro desk was helping customers with customer service and told me they were too busy to do a phone sale and sent me to customer service. Terrible terrible service. Then customer service told them they couldn't do a phone sale. Totally ignored me then told me there isn't a managet.

Poor waited a hour a the pro desk for a phone sale while every one sitting in the pro desk. Laughing and cheering waiting on one guy. I mean why are you in the pro desk if you cant make the sale....
