Stop by or call us anytime! If you are a newer player and looking to purchase your first paintball gun, at first this looks like it could be a huge headache. With so much new paintball gear out there every day and so many mixed reviews, the journey to buying paintball equipment can be tough. At Pro Edge Paintball we pride ourselves to maintain our 5 star rating on Google by making honest and considerate paintball gear and equipment recommendations to new players. Our staff is trained to not sell you some new paintball equipment that won’t fit your needs the best and will only be a waste. With any industry there are a lot of products that don’t do what they promise, paintball is no different. With us having such great working relationships in the paintball industry we only refer our clients to paintball companies that truly stand behind their products with great warranties and helpful customer service. Wow! The staff here is the very best in the business! They are always patient and willing to answer every question I have. Big or small, they are eager to attend you as professional as can be. These guys are real paintballers and want you to have the best experience possible when you take the field. Their selection and inventory is second to none! Whether you play tournament, scenario, magfed, or rec-ball, they have you covered! I went in twice this past week for some last minute equipment before a weekend game and they took care of me. They were very busy and still took the time to help me out and made sure I was getting exactly what I needed. With all the people there, no one felt rushed. When you see each customer getting the same level of attention, no matter their level of player, you are willing to wait your turn. John truly has an amazing team of associates!

Folks at this business were wonderful. I needed a last minute gender reveal smoke bomb & this was the only place in Houston who had same-day pickup. You will not regret making a purchase here. The gentlemen who cashed me out even offered to place a "?" black sticker all around the smoke bomb. Above & beyond service. I definitely recommend shopping here!

Pro Edge Paintball is such a top-notch store for all things paintball. I have spoken with the owner and employees multiple times and actually have had some of the best customer support from Pro Edge Paintball than anywhere else I have shopped. Their staff had helped me put together a few custom orders that no other paintball shop would and helped me through the entire process. The selection, customer service, and product knowledge are why I chose to order and will continue to do so. I appreciate stores like Pro Edge that are good ambassadors to the sport of paintball and will continue my support of their business.

Great local shop, I use this location for practically all of my paintball needs. Here’s a perfect example of their excellent service: Today I came into the shop with my beloved paintball gun. My marker had been acting up recently, and after hours of research and trying to fix the problems myself, I was very close to giving up. I narrowed (what I had thought was) the problem down to two different parts, a 30 solenoid and a 200 regulator. As soon as I started speaking with Tony at the front desk, he stops me and says, “sir, I’d be happy to fulfill your request and sell you these parts, however I believe it would be within your best interest if I have one of my technicians take a look at this problem first because the issue may be something much simpler.” At first I was hesitant to agree because I have a big paintball event this weekend, but Tony reassured me that this would not be an issue. He estimated that my gun would be complete and ready for pickup on Friday afternoon, so I happily agreed and headed home. On my way out, I heard one of the techs (named Richie) say, “I can start on it right now.” No more than 30minutes after I got home, I got a courtesy call from the shop to let me know that my gun was ready for pickup and that the problem had already been resolved. Sure enough, once I arrived at the store Jonathan and Richie were already prepared to explain exactly what was wrong with my marker and what they replaced to fix it. Not to mention, saved me money! My total ended up being 60, that’s incredible compared to the 230 worth of parts I could’ve brought home on a whim... They managed and exceeded my expectations with ease by completing my service way ahead of time, they educated me on what was wrong with my gun, and showed me the broken parts before I left. As a mechanic myself, I can tell you that this is exactly how you build a quality relationship with a customer. Grade A service; this is exactly why I always come back.
