I've been to the pro image in Killeen Mall numerous times and those folks there were very nice and let me look for what I want and left me alone. Then, I come to the Lewisville location, the owner and his employees are staring me down thinking I was going to steal something because I'm a woman of color. I'm definitely NOT cool with that!!! I'm a medically retired military veteran suffering from PTSD and anxiety and I get treated like a someone who is going to steal!!! If you want a customer to come and shop at your store tell them welcome and let the customer look for what they're looking for and go ahead on with your business From now on, my business and my money will be spent either online or at the Pro Image Sports store at the Killeen Mall!!!

When i walk in to look around with my airpods in my ears because normally i don't need help! And then i see a White guy looking at me like i was gonna steal something i took off my airpods and he said to me in spanish do you speak english and i find that rude! What he said to me! And i said back im just looking around and then walks to me trying to make me buy hats as i was looking there! My words as addvice people that's not a good store! I prefer fanzz store.
Very knowledgeable owner for all sports you name it he will take you there. Nice experience friendly atmosphere love to go everyday. Check it friends ️
Finally found me some none Lebron James Lakers gear. And they had USC & Dodgers stuff. This will be the place where I can go get me some none Dallas gear.....hopefully they stay in business at that mall......and the lady working their was awesomely amazing and funny as pooh......although I forget her name

I don't know why some people are giving bad reviews... the employee was kind and real helpful... it's a great environment to walk into if your a sports fan... they have anything you need from a a helmet/Jersey to a pencil I will most definitely be back.

The store is a sports fan heaven nice and clean very helpful owner. Responly priced merchandise from nhl teams to nfl teams to nba teams mlb teams. All four major sports are covered here. And lots of sticker decals of your favorite teams for you car
