Very dissapointed at all with the way I was handled when dealing with the warranty of a pump i purchased there. They said they were going to call me back and when i called back, I got the run around and eventually they never called back. They literally did not want to honor my warranty even though it was 4 days past the date of install. It also completely gave out in a years time, so it was definitely a defected pump. I had to put a pump that I've had for 10 years back in to replace the ew\ pump sold to me by Pro Pump. Would never recommend this place to any of my friends, family, or colleagues...0 stars
