We just got a new puppy and Urban Tails recommended reaching out to Heather - her training taught both me and the pup good behaviors to follow. She really understands how dogs behave and gave me some good tools to get us started. It was helpful to have her come to my home for a private session. I will definitely set up more time with her as we advance in our training.
