They answered all of my questions and showed me how to clean the filters, the best settings for hot days and pointers on keeping my unit running smoothly. The charge for servicing my unit was very reasonable as well.

I am very happy with the service. The gal that answered the phone (Omg! They answer the phone!) gave me the information I wanted fast and without a problem. The men couldn't have been more professional and came when they were supposed to. They did a good job. And the price was good. Other companies didn't answer their phone or call me back, or wouldn't give a quote over the phone. Sometimes we need to say good things when it's appropriate. They coordinated with an electrician so I didn't even have to find one or call one. Total service.
