Len has great experience with insurance companies, and he really knows what he's doing. It takes a lot of very detail-oriented work to get a fair settlement, and he goes above and beyond. We're very glad to have found them.

Devastated by a pipe burst in the winter of 2015, I was literally afraid of being left out in the cold. My condo and a good portion of my possessions had been destroyed. Fortunately, through a friend’s advice, I made one call to Professional Loss Adjusters, and all my fears were quickly assuaged. It’s one of the best calls I’ve ever made! Instantly, the claims adjuster met me at my condo, calmed my fears, talked me through the process, and got everything moving swiftly. Within minutes, he arranged for a restoration company to come by to clean up and preserve what they could. In addition, the adjuster agreed to meet with me (at my convenience no less) the next day to carefully catalog all my possessions that had been destroyed. Responsive and seamless, the adjuster worked directly with my insurance company to negotiate an equitable settlement. I never had to get involved and happily avoided the stereotypical claims battles with an insurance company. Through his pragmatic, tireless, and persuasive work, the adjuster was able to get me a quick and fair settlement, and I was back in my place sooner than I ever could have dreamed. In times of such dire crises, it’s more than reassuring to know that there are good, honest people who can provide solid guidance, piece of mind, and financial assurance. I’d implore you to call Professional Loss Adjusters should you ever have an insurance claim!

Howie Shore is a tremendous professional. He really knows insurance policy forms in and out, and uses that knowledge to get his clients the most they can out of an insurance loss settlement.

My date of loss is April 15, 2015 and my claim is still ongoing. It is beyond frustrating to have spent lots of my own time to prepare two sets of documents for submission by October 31, 2015 and January 31, 2015 and my claim still has not been submitted more than eight months later! My adjuster has not finalized paperwork on his end and put my claim on the back burner. Each client should at least feel they are of utmost importance and their claims be closed in a timely fashion. I would say approaching the date where insurance will no longer reopen the claim or pay is not a timely fashion. Update: my claim will finally be closed after more than 2 years. It was a long process but in the end, I recommend working with an adjuster and not doing the work by yourself.
