Brad, the GM, was amazing and went above and beyond for me and my fiance! They fixed his hail damage quickly and beautifully! They also do vinyl wraps, so they wrapped his emblems. (Brad offered it because he thought it would look good, fiance agreed) They also do detailing and ceramic coating. For my car, I got their silver package ceramic coating. Seriously I do not know why I never got this originally! All water, EVEN ICE, just beads up and it is so easy to clean. Anyways, they also go by Ceramicpro as well; they are worth a visit. PLUS they have an office puppy!!

I am beyond impressed with both the excellent customer service and quality-attention to detail work that's done at Professional PDR. I dented my back fender pretty badly right in the line of the car and I was afraid it wasn't fixable. Not only did they repair it in a timely manner but the car looks brand new. I couldn't believe they fixed the dent because you can't even tell it happened. It looks like a brand new part was put on my car. AMAZING! They're also highly recommended on the better business bureau website which is where found them and I'm glad I did! I will be going there for any future work that's needed. Bill is awesome and this is well worth your visit! I can't find enough kind words for this business. I've attached before and after photos of the difference! Thanks again!

Great experience at PDR! I brought in my 2019 Golf R with a dent in the rear bumper cover from a shopping cart. They scheduled me as soon as possible and did amazing work. They quoted me a great price and had me in and out in less than an hour. I will certainly be going back for any work I need done in the future! Great work, guys! Not only did they take care of the outside of my car they cleaned the inside! What a nice surprise! My plan was to have detailed after the exterior was done. Since they cleaned the inside so well I didn’t have to! They saved me - thanks Ron!
