waited well over an hour while one of the mechanics took a personal phone call and after that hour wait it took them five minutes to check and tell me they couldn’t even help me. never returning multitasking is a basic human skill. especially while taking a personal call at work in front of a customer and waiting on hold.

I brought my car to Professional Rim Repair to fix 2 heavily “curb rash” damaged rims. I pulled up and immediately someone was available to take a look at my car and give me a professional recommendation for repair. They quoted me a great price and I made an appointment right away. I dropped off my car at the end of business on a Monday and it was ready by lunch time on Wednesday. The rims look brand new. You would never be able to tell there was any sort of damage on them!! Stellar work!!

Absolutely outstanding work. I had them black out all the silver trim and chrome wheels on my 2016 supercharged Range Rover Sport. It looks amazing, and their work was perfect. Brought it back to have several dents repaired, and it looks like the car is brand new.
