Having been a registered nurse in various capacities for over 40 years, I have been very pleased and impressed with this agency and the entire office staff. Being nurse-owned and nurse-run speaks for itself. Rarely does a recruiter for most agencies have the knowledge and ability to answer a nurse applicant's questions, but that is not the case with PSN. The recruiter is herself an RN, which obviously makes a difference. I worked remotely on a project from another state. Communication, support and follow up on any issues was excellent from all staff, if not via email then via phone calls. PSN shows concern and respect for its nurses, and welcomes input and suggestions. You are truly appreciated as a professional; not usually the case these days! It is a pleasure to work with this great group of individuals.
