I needed a tooth pulled. Doctor Kim was very nice and did great. I called this morning at 8 am and got an appoint for that morning. Doctor Kim made sure I was numb for the procedure and I had little pain after shots. Amber the assistant was very pleasant. Great team at Progressive Dental!

I don't know anyone who enjoys going to the dentist, but when you don't go, eventually... you loose your teeth. You will never feel that way as a patient at Progressive Dental of Norwich. They are a professional team and treat their patients with true respect. Their equipment is first rate, the offices are immaculate and the staff is lovely. My dentist (Dr. Spera ) took his time with every aspect of my visits, and was very sincere in the way he spoke to me about my course of treatment. I never feel that he was too busy to make sure that I knew exactly what needed to be done and what to expect. My Dental Hygienist (Shannon) was excellent !!! Her confidence in her knowledge shows in the way she cares for your teeth, she does a wonderful job cleaning your teeth and she knew from the x-rays, where the trouble spots were so she could take her time to be even more gentle. I've been to many Dentists over my life and I have to say, I've never felt so confident and comfortable with whom I've entrusted the health of my teeth to.

Thank you to everyone at Progressive Dental. I went for an extraction today and found out first hand what amazing dentists and assistants they have!--Dr. Franklin was excellent at what he did. I never even felt the needle go in with the novacaine. Likewise he was great st removing the tooth --very carefully! It's nine hours later and I don't even need a pain killer! These are the best guys around for tooth repair and extractions!--they take the fear out of dental work!--THANK YOU SOOOOO MUCH!
