II wanna start off by saying I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company to anyone, I spoke to Manuel a representative of this company, he advertises on Facebook. His response time, as well as his professionalism and patience is just terrible, he clearly stated that he was not willing to help me through the simple questions I had regarding a set of plans I needed his engineer to look at. What I took from this experience is that this company does not take your business serious. I was able to take my business elsewhere where it actually matters to them, feel free to look up other companies on Google.

Projects and plans are a joke. They do not have licensed professionals! They are not engineers, architects or anything. They were very late on getting a set of plans, were rejected three times, and it turns out the sketches they made are totally wrong and are not refusing to deliver my plans I paid for, or to help correct the mistake. They will jeapordize your entire project. Stay away!
