I just want to say thanks to the leasing agent she was so wonderful and very flexible in viewing the unit she also explained everything to me regarding rent, utilities, and units. I was very blown away by the amazing customer service she provided. Unfortunately I couldn't lease here since a previous application with a different property had me locked somehow. But I will definitely be looking to move here after this unprecedented lease is completed. It is just so very charming and the complex is very well maintained! I believe the price is accurate for the living accommodations and convenient amenities. They aim to make move in day easy for their tenants and I believe that is one of the most important concepts.

I love my home away from everything. I have lived here for over a year. The apt manager , Alicia Gunn always makes sure your experience here is near perfect. She makes me feel like a part of her family here at Promenade at Valley Ridge. The maintenance men here are very professional and friendly when entering your apt for maintenance requests. The rent is very affordable even with the cable and internet included. During this pandemic Alicia makes sure the community shared amenities are safe to use for all of us. I would recommend Promenade at Valley Ridge to anyone who is looking for the perfect home.
Maisie Hill has been AMAZING. I was very happy to see she was still there after I left a year ago. She goes above and beyond to help all residents and makes you feel at home. Lived here for over 2 years and now coming back after moving out of state. Great property, maintenance is kept up to date and quick to respond to all requests. Never had any issues...Can’t wait to move back!!
I give this property 5 stars due to the office and maintenance staff being so attentive and respond so quickly to me to my requests. Maisie Hill has been so helpful and a lifesaver the past 2 years that we have been residents. I recommend this property. I have 2 children and they love the park and the area around the park to have space to play outside and ride bikes. The rooms are really spacious love the walk in closets. We have no problems finding parkings close to our unit.
I'm a first time renter, so getting my first apartment was a journey for me! But luckily, Garrett was so very helpful in pointing me in the right direction. He was nice, very easy to work with, and made the process extremely simple! I was otherwise clueless without Garrett's help. My overall experience was absolutely positive and the area as well as complex, is really nice! I'm feeling very much at home!
