I had my patterns sent to me as soon as I paid for them. They are very easy to follow and the instructional videos are very helpful!
My girlfriend got me into sewing. I wanted to learn how to specifically make a quality hat..Did some research and found Properfit. I bought the pattern,, watched the tutorial 100 times over and over. All hat components other than the fabric came from these guys- and the hat kits come at a really good price, when you’re talking about breaking it down cost per hat. You can find the brims, snaps, buttons, (I prefer SnapBack caps, but they have buckles/belts) they also make a perfect sweat band so you can skip that step. Quick shipping! I had to email and request the pattern download, which was then supplied promptly. Other reviews indicate this is a common problem, something I hope ProperFit looks into on their end.
Beware! I just purchased one of their patterns online. Their website indicates once payment is taken the pattern will be sent ASAP. I have never received it. Tried to phone both numbers and get a vacant voicemail box. Sent two emails and no response. Either a scam or people who have no clue how to operate an efficient business. Brutal!
I also ordered a pattern through this company a few weeks ago and have yet to receive it. Called multiple times and emailed with no response. Great youtube tutorials and design work, terrible customer service.
