Property Emporium has exceeded all of our expectations for a property management company. We have been renting through them for over a year now and have never had any issues with maintenance work being completed or silly disputes we had to deal with in our last apartment. They are professional and 10/10 would recommend living in a property they manage. If you're nice and take care of the property, they will be nice and take care of you.

My boyfriend and I had been looking for somewhere to rent for over 6 months. We were honestly having no luck and I quickly learned that things don't really work the same here in Cumberland County as they do where I'm from in Robeson County as far as renting goes. I was learning that it was going to be almost an act of congress for us to find something in our price range, the size we needed and in a decent neighborhood. It seemed that every time I found something that fit all 3 of those, that there were already so many applications on it that there was no hope in sight. I honestly had began to feel like we were never going to find anything, I was really starting to lose hope. This was untill I seen an ad on zillow and immediately got on the phone. I reached Jasmine at The Property Emporium who I honestly feel like was a God send, and that it was a total miracle that I got to speak to her that day. She immediately went to work and also went above and beyond to help my family and me. She is, I truly believe, an angel sent from above. We submitted an application and the process started from there. Jasmine kept me up-to-date an immediately let me know when our application was approved and the following day we were there getting everything set up and signing the lease. While visiting the office that day we met 2 other employees who were just as nice and pleasant as Jasmine. The signing of the lease maybe took 10 minutes but we felt so welcome that we spent probably a total of 45 minutes just talking. Everything has been such an enjoyable experience with the employees at The Property Emporium. I am so appreciative to them for their great support during this major step in our lives as well as their EXCELLENT customer service!!!!

My aunt was recently here visiting North Carolina and decided that she wanted to move here and she began searching and when I reached out to Ms. Brooklyn she was more the happy to assist my aunt.
