This business is not a place you would want to handle your home for a tenant or home owner. Ethel Celnik has no idea how to follow the law regarding how to respond to tenant issues. It took her 5 weeks to fix the stove, never responded to the electrical issues, came to the house without any notice when she knew I was in the hospital , in a coma and scared my kids, and has very poor manors. The office is decorated like a 70's B rated horror film. I cannot believe they are in business, especially in a community like Thousand Oaks. She should have retired 30 years ago when she was 70 years old.
