The staff and management are very unprofessional. I completed an application and was approved for a home which I received this notification via text. I was told that the house was ready to rent after I had already paid the application via and included my desired move in date. The same day I was denied the property because I couldn't move in immediately. After calling the office for 2 weeks I still was unable to get in contact with the manager. I sent 2 emails regarding my concern and still have received no correspondence. They failed to read my entire application and had no regards or remorse for my waisted time and lose of money!!!!

Beware of fake reviews! It doesn't matter if you meet the income requirements or have good rental history. If this management company does not want to rent to you they will find a way not to. Do not apply if you have a car payment, student loan payments or anything like that. PMU will look at your loan info and calculate how much they think you should be paying not what you actually pay. They claimed it was 1,200 in monthly payments which is a lie. They then deducted that from my monthly income. They say you have to make 3 times the rent but that's not true. Well at least not true for some of the people of their choosing who apply. I am sure of this as I was very clear about my questions when I applied. They did not mention they would deduct anything from your monthly income. They will also allow you to apply for properties that are not available.
Horrible experience. Here to think that they would answer you for any questions you have. I've called them a bunch of times and NO ONE answered. I've even tried emailing them too but got nothing. I just wished I wouldn't have wasted time and money. I paid for the application and gave my card information to them just because I'm looking for a home,nothing but a money waste seriously.
Well qualified renter applied for a home. The link you are given to check the status of your app or update it does not work! Within a week, I followed up via email and left a voice mail without a return phone call. Then, when I finally got in touch with someone (10 days later), they say they were trying to TEXT the wrong area code, and that the person I emailed no longer works here YET that's the email address they are using to send out application confirmations. They say you only need to meet certain criteria to be approved, yet they will discriminate against you anyway and choose someone else who they say also meets the qualifications but are \a better fit\ Save your money and time. And if I were a property owner I would find someone more professional as they are a bad reflection of your interests.
I was very impressed with the maintenance staff. They responded quickly and efficiently! They were very polite and knowledgeable.
