The art of karate can have a tremendous positive effect on its practitioner but the right teacher is required. Here at Midwest Shotokan karate I am simply amazed at the variety of drills, games and first class discipline implementation that Sensei Veronica brings with her passionate approach to karate teaching. I watch my son's every lesson there, his progress and his excitement about it. Our society is in great need of more of such top notch karate schools. She is so patient and does such a great job of making class fun each week. I also give them kudos for their COVID response. The reopening plans were thoroughly thought out and they also did a great job of keeping members/parents informed every step of the way.
