Called prospect sanitation and was recommended to use them. Mark was able to come out to our home for an emergency call regarding the main pipe in our home. We had previous quotes from other services and were misguided. Mark came out to our home and not only told us that the previous company was wrong he fixed our line with ease and even went above and beyond to educate us on how the sewer works. He was professional and showed up on time and was affordable and the only company that was honest and not trying to milk us for money. Very pleased with our experience.

Horrible service! Save yourself the hassle and call someone else. Had an emergency late on a friday night with sewage backing up in the house. Called first thing Saturday morning and receptionist got in touch with Mark. He said he would be there after 1pm. Afternoon rolls on with no word. Its November and dark by 5pm. We called the receptionist again at 5pm when he still hadn't shown up and she called Mark's cell phone then gave us his direct number. Left several messages for him. Finally got a response saying he got stuck on job and can't make it. We agreed that he'd come Sunday morning first thing in the morning. Again left several messages on his cell starting at 8am. No response till almost 11am when he finally replied saying he'd be there \this morning\. Here it is almost noon and he still hadn't showed up. I get it people get stuck on job sites. My complaint is don't tell me you'll be here if you can't or don't want to. I lost a day and half waiting for him while I couldn't use any toilets, showers or sinks and my house smelled of a sewage plant as it was backed up and coming through every pipe. Ended up having to call someone else which cost me more money and lost time. Will NEVER rely on Prospect Sanitation again and would certainly not recommend. Shame on you for not being honest with your customers.
This is what a local business is all about. Excellent service and prices. Our call was immediately answered by a very efficient and friendly member of the team. She understood our emergency and immediately contacted the local crew to see when they could attend our property. Then she called us straight back with the information. The guys turned up as planned and within an hour or so of our call. Great professionalism by all in the Company. These are the go to guys for anything sceptic related in the Prospect area in our book. We have already marked our calendar for the next scheduled visit by them. We will be calling in two years! Thanks to Prospect Sanitation Services - Great service.
When I called they were very information. Before I moved here I never owned a septic system. After a good inspection and everything, they told me how to maintain it to help it last longer, and what not to flush or dump in the plumbing. They were respective and took their time to answer questions that I had about my system. 4 years later, I have never had an issue with my septic system even though it is fairly older. I called them to have it cleaned again, they came right out and they were really nice. The customer service lady was very nice, she was very informative as well.
We have been using Prospect Sanitation for our 4th of July party for 4 years now. I would highly recommend them, They have the best price and the best service of anyone around and best of all they always show up exactly when they say they will
